SUMMARY
David’s practice encompasses a broad range of corporate commercial matters, with an emphasis on financing, secured transactions, and intellectual property. David advises clients on a range of matters including mergers and acquisition financings, project finance and corporate reorganizations. He regularly provides corporate advisory to his clients and currently sits as a director and officer of a publicly listed company. David acts for both corporate borrowers and corporate lenders in many transactions and is also a Trade Mark Agent. He has been with the firm since 1987.
