SUMMARY
Andrea is a commercial litigation lawyer with a primary focus on construction litigation, shareholders’ disputes, partnership disputes, and complex contractual disputes. Andrea’s extensive construction litigation experience includes dealing with builder’s lien matters, construction bonds (performance, bid, and labour and materials bonds), and disputes that arise in the course of construction. She also represents individuals and corporations in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters involving mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, land development, fraud, and restrictive covenants. Andrea has been with the firm since 1986.
