SUMMARY
Michael has a general commercial real estate law practice with a focus on acquisitions and dispositions, financings, and condominium development. Michael also acts for clients in the hospitality industry and has experience with buying, selling and financing hotels as well as negotiating management agreements. Before attending law school Michael worked as an investment advisor with BMO Nesbitt-Burns. Prior to joining the firm Michael gained valuable experience at two leading national law firms.
