With over 40 years of experience, Stanley has developed a broad practice with a specialization in Real Estate and ancillary focus on Commercial Law, Immigration Law, Wills & Estates. Stan routinely acts on large commercial real estate transactions, financings and development matters. He has a wealth of experience in condominium conveyancing and development having historically co-authored the Condominium Practice Manual. Stanley also acts for clients in the hospitality industry and has experience with buying, selling and financing hotels and negotiating related management and franchise agreements. Stan has been with the firm since 1982.
